Recently a friend shifted to Assisted Living. I was tasked with emptying and selling his apartment. The scope of work was overwhelming. Peter guided me through the process with great success.  Peter assisted me in finding ways to donate and sell the contents of the apartment, upgrades and staging. This resulted with multiple offers above the asking price and a swift and simple sale.
